Summer - 2020
Pool Usage Guidelines
Pool Hours: 9 AM - 10 PM (May 18th - September 30th)
Key Fobs:Please email clubhouse@hollytracehoa.com if you need a fob. Please include name & address. Arrangements for pickup will be made on Sunday.
COVID-19:Please review COVID19 guidelines below. Your participation and support is appreciated! Please limit guests at the pool during this time to allow for residents and their families to enjoy it. We are opening at limited capacity - which is 15 people.
Teen Consent Form: A current (2020) form (available here) is required to be emailed to pool@hollytracehoa.com before a teen, between the ages of 13 and 17, may remain in the pool area without adult supervision. No exceptions. Teens will be asked to leave if they do not follow this requirement. Children under 13 must always be accompanied by an adult.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any of the commons areas (pool area, playground, and the adjacent parking lots).
Glassware in Pool Area: DHEC prohibits glasses or glass bottles of any kind in pool area.

Local Patrolling of Neighborhood: Local law enforcement will patrol the pool and other commons areas, and neighborhood, from 8:00pm – 10:00pm every evening during the summer.

Our Recreation Area
The recreation area below the pool includes a playground area for our younger community members. A newly created community greenspace and perimeter walking path encompass the remaining space for the enjoyment of all.
